I'm a 50 something hiker that's healing after leaving an abusive relationship in 2012, in which i also developed (c)ptsd as a result of his violence. I'm also healing after the loss of my father & the loss of my bff. my hiking is also to advocate for victims/survivors of dv as i share flyers on various hikes for those who wish to seek help & know that you're not alone.
